Nexteracom has been an active contributor to the development of Mauritius for decades. Led by Chairman Michel Chan Sui Ko, with over 40 years of industry experience, the organisation has undertaken a number of projects from planning and design to delivery and beyond. With an estimated 200,000 square metres built space, NeXTeracom currently oversees office and commercial spaces in the capital city of Port Louis and Ebene. NeXTeracom is also the Promoter and Marketing Agent for Avalon Golf Estate.
